If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you may opt out by initialing the appropriate section on your waiver form or by notifying us in writing prior to your event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Photos and videos of minors will only be used with explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:
Booking and customer records are retained for a minimum of seven years for accounting and legal purposes
Waiver and consent forms are retained for a minimum of three years following the event date
Marketing and giveaway contact lists are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal
Website analytics data is retained in accordance with our analytics provider's data retention policies
When your information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
